在重启channel后会出现重复读取创建表或删除表的情况

版本是4.2.17我在测试的时候先创建了一个单向任务，然后创建了一张最简单的表

a VARCHAR(255)
)
目标库也同步了
之后关闭channel，再重新开启时会报错

删除表时同样
之后我测试了创建表后再插入数据没有出现这种情况
可能是创建或删除表后读取位置没有发生变化

Reproduce the report on version 4.2.17 by creating a table, stopping and restarting the channel, and observing the repeated DDL error. Start with DataBatchLoader.java and DbLoadAction.java in the stack trace, then trace the channel restart through LoadTask.java. Done means create and drop table operations are not reread after restart and the channel completes without the reported MySQL error.
