低代码LAB，导航设置无法保存导航标识且预览点击报错

编辑成功不显示编辑内容复现：

1、页面管理创建页面
2、进入导航设置创建导航组（该步骤时未填写导航标识）
3、将页面拖动至导航组
4、配置导航功能配置完毕
5、页面预览，点击导航组
6、进入导航设置修改导航组，填写导航标识system。点击确定保存，提示保存成功。
7、再次点击编辑导航组，此时导航标识为展示上次修改内容。开发工具中查看，输入内容已经提交至接口，且接口返回成功

阅览时，点击导航栏提示错误复现：

1、进入导航设置
2、选择导航组下的【参数配置】页面，点击预览
3、点击导航组【系统管理】。出现错误

Reproduce both failures in the linked lowcode-engine LAB demo using Chrome, starting with Navigation Settings and the preview flow for the 【参数配置】 page. Inspect the browser error and the save request/response when setting the navigation identifier to system. Done means the identifier remains visible when editing again and clicking the navigation group in preview no longer errors.
