## 大纲树插件重新注册后 title 属性未生效
我是想给大纲树插件图标下面加个标题，官方的大纲树插件不支持指定 title，于是自己基于官方插件新改了下：
但是注册插件的时候，尝试删除重新注册或者覆盖的方式注册，都不生效：

- AliLowCodeEngineExt version: [1.0.6] / 低代码引擎扩展包版本
- Browser [chrome 118.0.5993.88] / 浏览器版本
## 建议
是不是可以参考 `defaultOutlinePaneProps`，也支持通过 config 指定 content 的 props，如果可以的话，我可以提个 pr
