如何把打包后build文件夹中的代码全部转换为es5的代码，解决浏览器兼容性问题？我试了在根目录下配置webpack.config.js和babel，修改tsconfig.json等方式，都没有用。需要在哪里增加修改配置文件，才能解决浏览器兼容性问题，兼容ie11等浏览器?
