代理规则在文档里不够突出


建议加一个 tab 叫做常用规则，然后罗列一下常用代理规则，再加一个更多规则。

理论上快速开始的时候不需要了解太多详细的代理规则（需要了解功能），但是让高频用户查阅手册的地方也得有嘛
