Description
由于我们现在主项目已经差不多只是一个空壳了。 也就说说主项目只是用来打包的。 若某个组件，我们会将这个组件打成本地的 SNAPSHOT 包。然后主项目依赖这个快照包。
结果发现只有全量 freeline 太能把组件的改动打进去。
是否支持这种情况下的增量呢？
