Android端：v1.12.13+3 example启动Flutter页面卡在splash，没有触发第一帧回调，FlutterSDK:v1.12.13+hotfix9

之前在hotfix5版本是OK的，升级到Hotfix9出现问题了
重现环境：FlutterSDK版本：v1.12.13+hotfix9 引擎版本:af51afceb8886cc11e25047523c7e1f5d408
重现步骤：直接Debug模式运行.pub_cache目录下缓存的Flutter_boostV1.12.13+3的example，

现象：
启动example->点“open flutter page” 之后就一直卡在咸鱼的splash页了，返回键无效，只能通过杀死进程来退出了
