Description
cmake内置的tar解压 docs.cn目录下的中文名报错导致安装失败,cmake version 4.2.0-rc1
手动删除掉vcpkg缓存的压缩包中docs.cn后，可以用cmake正常解压。但vcpkg校验了hash，会重新下载。
