Android代理后，某些App不能正常使用网络，请求Https接口超时

手机可以获取H5页面中的Http和Https请求，但是对于App应用，只能拦截Http请求，不能拦截Https请求，直观表现来说就是不能正常使用网络，执行请求超时。手机开启代理后，例如哔哩哔哩客户端等，就会出现网络异常不能刷新和观看；关闭代理后，就可以正常使用了。
MAC电脑和Android手机，Android系统7.1.1，Node版本8.12.0，Anyproxy版本4.0.12。
询问边上同事使用的iPhone，在开启代理的情况下依旧可以使用哔哩哔哩。
还没招到解决办法，求大佬指教？Android手机开启代理是否还需要做其他配置？
