anyproxy打开成功后，手机无法访问代理服务器

硬件：笔记本 win10 64
安装完anyproxy后，打开，电脑端可以访问8002页面，但是手机端无法访问。一直连接不上代理服务器，控制台也没有报错。
大神们，谁知道这是什么原因，电脑切换有线无线都不行。。。
