Reproduce the issue on macOS 10.12.6 with AnyProxy 4.0.6 by starting two AnyProxy tasks and installing the certificate. Start with the HTTPS CONNECT and internal HTTPS proxy log sequence; done means both services can parse HTTPS requests without one port failing.
