anyproxy接收到请求没有Response，不打印log

Windows下anproxy 3.10.3。
命令行启动anproxy后，anyproxy接收到请求没有Response，不打印log。
但是在命令行 执行ctrl+c后，anyproxy又可以正常响应请求了。

目前仅在 rule_default.js中的replaceResponseHeader方法中过滤出需要的网址信息并发送给自己的服务端。并没有对其他地方进行修改。
