1.8.8 Dashboard 集成动态数据源（持久化）

我根据官方遗留的代码，将动态数据源集成进了Dashboard中，并将其扩展到其他规则

I integrated the dynamic data source into the Dashboard based on the official legacy code and extended it to other rules

因为不清楚你们为什么最终没有放出Dashboard中的动态数据源功能，所以我并未进行PR，仅在此处做个分享
