当配置中心选择nacos后，dashboard对于配置信息修改后，在down机后会丢失，而且还需要手动更新到nacos中

在成功更新配置后，增加一步同步的操作，参考：https://github.com/liamashes/plugins/tree/main/sentinel-nacos
