[BUG] 限流测试的时候报Fail to flush OutputStream: /root/logs/eagleeye/eagleeye-self.log, Stream Closed

sentinel server和dashbaord分开部署，jemter执行限流测试会报[EagleEye][WARN] Fail to flush OutputStream: /root/logs/eagleeye/eagleeye-self.log, Stream Closed这个警告，sentinel server服务和客户端自己的限流服务都会报这个警告

不应该有这个警告的

sentinel server版本：1.8.6 ，dashbaord版本1.8.2，nacos客户端版本1.4.2，使用nacos的服务注册发现保证sentienl server的故障转移
