Feature request: I'd like to have a amd64 and arm64 supported dashboard docker image when sentinel release

### Describe what happened (or what feature you want)
I want to have a docker image that can support both amd64 and arm64 archs.
It could be integrated to CI process, and be shown in release package.

The dasboard dockerfile at here: sentinel-dashboard/Dockerfile

And let use a github action job build and push it by buildx tool.

Start with sentinel-dashboard/Dockerfile and inspect the repository's GitHub Actions workflows and release process. Determine how buildx can publish one image supporting amd64 and arm64, then verify that the multi-architecture image is built during CI and included or referenced in the Sentinel release package.
