抱歉再问下，当前在GrpcServer注册SentinelGrpcServerIntercepter，想
1. 定制拦截器的资源Entry；
2. 动态定制限流的qps；
这个可以怎么做呢
看到该Intercepter源码里保护的资源是MethodName
