### Describe what you expected to happen
1. 当 client 1.8.2的版本，dashboard 1.7.1版本，会出现 client 系统CPU 负载不稳定，进程cpu负载正常
2. 当client 1.5.2的版本，dashboard 1.7.1版本时，不会出现该问题
