degrade doesn't work with sentinel-dubbo-adapter 1.8+

env:
dubbo2.6.2
sentinel-dubbo-adapter1.8
sentinel-datasource-nacos1.8

after i config degrade rules in nacos, degrade doesn't work,while flow rules is fine.
It's fine after i changing two artifacts to 1.7.2

is there something wrong?

No source file or test is identified in the report. Reproduce the issue with dubbo 2.6.2, sentinel-dubbo-adapter 1.8, and sentinel-datasource-nacos 1.8, then compare against 1.7.2; done means degradation rules configured in Nacos work while flow rules continue to work.
