Provide access to origin in MetricExtension

Currently only addBlock/onBlocked callback has access to 'origin'

### Describe what you expected to happen

It's useful to provide 'origin' as a metric dimension for all the other callbacks

Start by tracing MetricExtension callbacks and the existing addBlock/onBlocked handling where origin is available. Done means the other callbacks can also expose origin as a metric dimension, with coverage for the affected callback behavior.
