We Need Cluster Degrade Control

我有看到单机版本的熔断降级规则,
但是我们需要一个集群版本, 就想集群流控一样;
我再路线图中没有看到该项计划,
能否考虑一下这种需求?

I saw it has DegradeRule by stand-alone,
But we need a clustered version like Cluster Flow Control.
I see no such plan in the roadmap,
Can you consider this requirement?
