- Enable [`BUILD_VINEYARD_GRAPH_WITH_GAR`](https://github.com/alibaba/GraphScope/blob/main/python/graphscope/gsctl/scripts/lib/install_vineyard.sh#L43) and rebuild the [dev images](https://github.com/alibaba/GraphScope/actions/workflows/build-graphscope-dev-images.yml) to pass the [test](https://github.com/alibaba/GraphScope/blob/main/python/graphscope/tests/unittest/test_gar.py)
