[GIE/Docs] Prepare docs for Gremlin tutorial in GraphScope

1、Go through the Gremlin supports using some tutorial examples in GIE, specifically those that we propose such as path expansion, and expression.
2、Clearly indicate what is not supported in GIE

- [x] The setup and basic queries;
- [ ] The complex LDBC workloads;
- [ ] Pattern matching;
