Enhancement of documents on Applications

There is huge room for improvement of the document of applications, I think those following are the most urgent:
1. Each application make itself clear about what requirement it has, for example, the lpa_u2i need the graph have 2 vertex labels and 1 edge labels. User doesn't have to look at the c++ code for this.
2. The details guide for users to write and package and run these own algorithms.
3. The mechanism and design of the application related stuff. Like the way they are compiled and distributed, and how to debug them (relatively low priority)

The list may grow in the future.
