### 新功能描述
esp32中可用的串口只有两个，目前一个需要多个串口的应用场景，两个串口不够用。网络上可以查到arduino中有softwareSerial库可以使得在arduino中可实现软串口。能否在HaaS python中增加软串口的支持？
