请问为什么 alios things 的 3.3.0 版本 和 3.1.0 版本 代码 架构差异很大？代码中支持的芯片数量 和 board 也少了很多， 很多代码目录没有了，比如 build 等

如何在linux下 编译最新的 3.3.0 版本呢？如何搭建环境？ 搜索到的很多指导是 针对 3.3.0版本之前的，是否适用？

如何新增一个新的芯片？ 外设如何适配移植？ 比如 uart 搜索到的 移植指导V2.1 针对 3.3.0版本之前的，是否适用？代码文件名好像都变了吧？
