运行环境:win10
固件版本:haas-studio 2.3.1版本
创建标准的项目Hello world项目，点击部署运行没然后反应，此时重启VScode软件，结果底部工具栏消失，打开旧的项目，结果显示正常并可以正常部署运行程序
