Adding a profile page & Menu page

I would like to make separate page for menu which will have chat feature & newsletter reading.
A separate profile section which will have user's profile information,update profile feature, past analaysis graphs (also showing authored blogs on profile page if add blog feature is implemented in future). I can also add write and display blog feature.

I am having past experience in creating profile page,updating profile feature and showing authored pages on profile in my previous blogging website. Please assign me this issue.
