Getter method `byte_srt` of `Bytes` returns a string containing quotation marks.

### Your environment

`pyteal`: 0.10.1

### Steps to reproduce

```python
Bytes('foo').byte_str
```

### Expected behaviour

```python
'foo'
```

### Actual behaviour

```python
"'foo'"
```

### Priority

Very low.
