### Steps to reproduce

1.
start algorand mainnet node with deadlock detection enabled

2.
let the node run and sync

### Expected behaviour

deadlock logger detects there is no deadlock ( unless there is actually a deadlock but not otherwise , not if its a normal run and sync )

### Actual behaviour

deadlock logger detects there is a deadlock and fails the node
