## Problem
I'm debugging a program that is exceeding budget cost using dryrun dumps through `goal`.
## Solution
Include a switch to do budget cost analysis: e,g for a program trace, each line could have two additional columns with *current opcode static cost* and *current dynamic program cost* .
## Urgency
Debugging is always urgent ;)
