## Summary
This test is failing, and it is not clear if it ever passed.
Github history shows it disabled ever since.
It panics because it uses a round number (300) with a ledger with only one block.
Overcoming this, the test never finishes.
It is not clear what the test is doing. There are some comments, but requires more investigation. It is a long and complex test.
## Scope/Requirements
Delete or fix the test.
## Urgency/Relative Priority
This was disabled forever? It is not a high priority.
It will be nice to clear it if not needed.
