Description
Hello!
not sure if this is the correct place to report issues with the GH bot.
i noticed that after i posted '/bounty ' and then edited that comment a few times with additional information, the bot re-posted the same message multiple times.
see https://github.com/nocodb/nocodb/issues/11071
thanks for a really cool looking service!

Research direction
Start by reproducing the behavior described on the linked NocoDB issue: post a /bounty comment, edit it several times, and observe the bot replies. Then trace the GitHub bot's comment-event handling and identify where edited comments are treated like new comments. Done means edits no longer create duplicate bounty messages while a new bounty command still does.
