1. split up this app and the generated Netlify app
2. import data.js with something like [cosmiconfig](https://github.com/davidtheclark/cosmiconfig)
3. set up the Algolia dashboard on a separate (very simple) site which is simply a config of this app
4. deal with how to set the GitHub token
5. deal with `site_id` in `new Netlify`
