Move Documentation Into Repo

I think it would be a good thing for the Wiki documentation to get moved into the repo under the `docs/` folder

This would allow PR's to include updated documentation.

Review the current Wiki documentation alongside the repository's docs/ folder to determine the full scope of the move. Done means the relevant documentation is present under docs/ and can be updated through pull requests; clarify the page inventory and any migration expectations before starting.
