Add Debug Bar / Page

Its would be nice to add a debug bar in dev mode to help developers. This would contain useful information like what variables are available, what files are being used, etc.

I think it would be helpful to get the ball rolling for this.

Start by reviewing the projects section and how development mode is handled in Frontman. Define the scope of the proposed debug bar or page, including the useful variables and files it should expose; done means a working development-only view that provides that information.
