In old demos, we used to have a small tab, where you could give a rating and description of the relevance of a search + results, it would then store that feedback by sending it somewhere, not sure exactly where.

Start with the repository README and the current search-results UI to determine where a relevance-feedback control could fit. Clarify the intended rating and description flow, where submissions should be stored, and how the external ClickUp task relates to this issue. Done means an agreed scope and destination for feedback before implementation begins.
