View/Edit the additional "Attendees' data to collect"

When I configure an event so to collect additional "Attendees' data to collect", I have no ways to see them, unless I download the attendees' list (but that works only for confirmed reservation, not for pending ones). Furthermore, neither the admin, nor the reservation/ticket owner can edit those fields.

What about adding a "See/Edit Attendee's full data" button here:
