Progress issues

Hi Alex,

I am using your plugin on 64 bit Sketchup Pro 2018 and I am finding that when I hit Ok to start calculating the sunlight hours, sketchup and the sunlight hours modal are both reporting as not responding. I don't get any progress bar but if I leave it for long enough it does eventually finish calculating and start responding again.
Not sure if sketchup have changed how things work but was wanting to know if there was any chance of a better progress indicator?
