Would love to use this with other plugins

I make heavy use of other markdown-it plugins, like `markdown-it-anchor`, `markdown-it-table-of-contents` and especially `markdown-it-katex` for math. Is there any way to make them work? I can't find an easy one, so I supposed I would need to hack away the code, but could you provide some lights on how this works and how it could be enhanced?

It's a terrific package (and it seems to me it's the only clean way to render Markdown into React, at least using this parser). I just want to make it even better :)
