Add a test script for specific roles / playbooks / tasks

Add a test script for run a specific role

e.g. developer role should install node, vim, etc

Create a docker base image that only has ansible

Then have a test script run a playbook

It should also have the ability to run and test a specific role

e.g. just the node role (but not vim)
