Cannot enter Chinese characters

## Description:
When using **hackchat**, one can enter Chinese characters, however, when using **termchat**, words like '你好' in Chinese would turn out to be 'ä½ å¥½'.
The shell I am using is zsh; the command-line interface I am using is hyper.
I also tried it with macOS default terminal.

Also Russian!– Perhaps it is you did not add utf-8?
