A freeze on install

When installing dependencies for [this module](https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-js/blob/master/package.json) (`ied install` while in the cloned directory), it seems to get stuck. Seems that CPU is still active, but nothing happens. Here's a sample output (had to interrupt with Ctrl-C):
