touch screens: no "current gets transferred to the finger"

In the point "In the case of Virtual Keyboard (as in touch screen devices):", it says that "current gets transferred to the finger". That is not true, either in resistive nor capacitive screens.

The resistive screen will react to anything, even if it is insulated.
The capacitive screen will react even without touch, depending on the settings.

In both cases, what the finger does is change the resistance/capacitance between layers of the touch sensor, which is embedded into the screen.
