Ambiguity in understanding whether Value.Set is set from default or explicit

説明
Currently, we cannot distinguish whether we set any flags as explicit or by default. For this, I think, we may consider using a new API field in the [Value](https://github.com/alecthomas/kong/blob/a9be85c4d3d674b9bc993a954861e674372cf7db/model.go#L231) struct that will present whether the flag is set to the default or not.
