Need help on entity wise cs file generation

Thanks for this wonderful tool. Today i got an opportunity to explore it.
Could you please help me to confirm if there is a way to generate separate class file for each table in single click or we need to select one entity and keep output name as entity and generate files one by one for each table.

If i go with option 2 which i mentioned above , i am getting duplicate code error. As both files has some common assemblies and method. How to overcome this issue.
