Description

(With apologies to Meghan Trainor.)

Comprehending the _cascading_ part of CSS is critical for understanding how CSS works. This should be an early lesson. It should cover basic user agent styling, resets, and styling using element selectors vs. classes and IDs. It should also talk about how specificity is calculated.

Possibly this is big enough to split into 2 lessons.
