Custom paper size

Hello, I would like to request a feature. Please allow using a custom paper format. Right now it only supports a pre-set list of options, but I would like to make unusually-sized PDFs. For example, a paper that is 100 inches tall. The reason being is that I want to have the entire document be one contiguous page, prioritizing the experience of reading on a computer rather than print.
