Deterministic export

Hi.

I have set up markdown-pdf in a build environment, where our md files are converted to customer-facing pdfs.

Because it's an automatic operation it deletes all the generated pdfs, re-generates them, and add commits any pdfs with diff.

However, it seems that there's quite a lot of differences in every export (creation date being one of them, but things seem to be moving around). Could a deterministic option be added so that doing two consecutive exports from the same md would always yield the same output?
