Write access to all repositories?

Hello,

After clicking on the "sign in" button of the website, the app asks me to grant WRITE permissions to all repositories of all organizations that I'm part of. This is a big security issue for private repositories because the app may have a write access to all repositories if any org member authorize your app.

I'd ideally would pick one repository to grand a READ access. This is enough if I add badges manually.

Do you see the problem?
